Before – under – and after

Arrive early
We recommend audience to arrive early for an event or performance to avoid queues and finding parking spaces. On evenings, where there are performances in different halls we strive to schedule so they have a different start time. Therefore, remember always to check the start time of the performance and location on your ticket.

Drinks during intermission
Pre-order drinks during intermission and avoid queueing.

Late arrivals
For the safety and comfort of the performers and other audience members latecomers cannot always be admitted into the venue after performance start. It is the performers’ decision and rules that apply, and the rules varies from performance to performance. We regret any inconvenience and disappointment this may cause latecomers.

Cloakroom
You will find the Concert Hall’s cloakroom in the Foyer. Audience attending Symfonisk Sal and Rytmisk Sal use the cloakroom located at the hallway between the new and the old building. The cloakroom is staffed for two hours before performance and event start and costs 20 DDK. It is possible to hang coats in the basement, but this is on your own responsibility.

Toilets
There are several toilets in the Concert Hall. There are toilets in the basement in the northern and southern ends of the Concert Hall. There are also toilets in the restaurant and on the 1. Balcony. In the new building you can find the toilets in the basement under the new building located by the entrance to Rytmisk Sal. It is free to use the toilets.

Smoking
The Concert Hall’s buildings are smoke-free. Along the front outside the Foyer you will find ashtrays, which we encourage our guests to use.

Mobile phones
We request that mobile phones are turned off prior to a performance.  If you must keep your phone turned on, please place it on silent or vibrate mode. Please also remember that light from your phone may be distracting to other audience members. It is not allowed to take photos or record sound from performances.
