About Your Purchase
If you want to buy a ticket for one of the many shows at The Concert Hall, you can find all of our upcoming shows in The Concert Hall's calendar here on our website.
Tickets bought on The Concert Hall's website can be used as print-at-home tickets or mobile tickets, or can be sent to you by mail.
If you want us to send you your tickets by mail, there will be a postage fee of 25 kr.
Print at Home or Use Your Phone
You can choose to print your Print-at-Home tickets beforehand or simply show them on your phone when going in to see the show.
The Box Office at The Concert Hall
Naturally, it is also possible to buy tickets in person at our box office.
Our box office is located in the foyer of The Concert Hall.

If you purchase your tickets by phone, you can choose to pick them up when the box office is open or have them sent to you.
The Box Office Is Moved During Large Events
On some occasions, the foyer at The Concert Hall is closed to the public, e.g. during SPOT-festival or large business events.
On these occasions, the box office is either moved to the Foyer's southern entrance (towards Aarhus Congress Center) or to The Concert Hall's other entrance in Skovgaardsgade.
Accepted Forms of Payment for Tickets
We accept the following forms of payment for ticket purchases:
- VISA Electron
- Gift cards for The Concert Hall of Aarhus
- Aarhus City gift cards
Tickets and Fees
The Concert Hall of Aarhus sells tickets to both our own and others' shows on our website and at our box office.
- All tickets include a fee of 30 kr.
- Aarhus City gift cards include a fee of 10 kr. per card
In advertisements and magazines, all prices are stated including fees.
On our website, prices are also stated including fees.
For technical reasons, fees are not included when you have to choose a ticket price category during an online purchase.
In Case of Cancellation
The Concert Hall of Aarhus does not take responsibility for and is not obliged to refund purchased tickets in case of cancellation, given that the canceled show is organized by persons or companies unrelated to The Concert Hall of Aarhus.
The organizer of a given show is printed on the ticket and on The Concert Hall's website. If you are unsure about who the organizer for a show is, feel free to ask our box office.
The Concert Hall of Aarhus cannot be held responsible for expenses for travel, hotel or the like. Under these circumstances, it is your responsibility to make sure the show is taking place before traveling.
