A complaint about a product or a service bought at The Concert Hall of Aarhus can  be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Dispute Resolution Center, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. 

You can make a complaint to the Danish Dispute Resolution Center on www.forbrug.dk (note: in Danish). 

The European Commission's online dispute resolution portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is especially relevant for consumers who reside in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr.When submitting a complaint, state our email address musikhuset@aarhus.dk.
